Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Revenue
Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of revenue-related journal entries and
reconciliations during month-end and quarter-end close cycles
Research and implement revenue recognition policies to ensure
compliance with ASC 606
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test new revenue
recognition systems and enhancements
Required Qualifications
5-6+ years of accounting experience with a Big 4 firm and industry
experience at a large-scale company
B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related
discipline
CPA certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
Experience in US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance
Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with databases and SQL
