A company is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to join their Administrative Services Team.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinates and schedules company-wide travel arrangements for staff and clients
Processes expense reports for staff, including collecting and consolidating receipts
Creates Expense Authorizations for travel, conferences, and meetings


Required Qualifications

Experience in administrative support or related field
Proficiency in using ticket request systems for expense processing
Ability to collaborate with various departments such as IT, Procurement, and Accounting
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional demeanor when interacting with staff at all levels
