Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Counsel to provide key
business support on the Legal & Compliance Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to Marketing and Go-to-Market teams on
various marketing activities
Draft, negotiate, revise, and manage marketing, commercial, and
technology contracts
Develop and implement playbooks and guidelines to enhance legal
processes and compliance
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in law firm or in-house
technology settings
Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
in a US jurisdiction
Experience with marketing and commercial contracts and independent
negotiation processes
Familiarity with content licensing, trademark maintenance, and fair
advertising principles
Understanding of data protection frameworks like CCPA and GDPR
