Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Manager to ensure
high-quality care delivery across its provider network.
Key Responsibilities
Support the adoption of evidence-based practices through training
and resources
Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes to identify areas for
improvement
Lead and develop a team focused on quality assurance and provider
support
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a
related field
Currently licensed as an LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, or related
licensure
Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare quality
assurance or clinical operations
Experience in designing and implementing scalable operational
workflows in clinical settings
Proficiency in managing compliance requirements and responding to
payor audits
