Key Responsibilities
Manage progress toward strategic quality goals and facilitate rapid
cycle improvement
Support regional teams in addressing barriers to high-quality care
delivery
Provide leadership and effective communication to collaborate with
various stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business field, or equivalent
experience required; Registered Nurse with a current license in
Ohio preferred
Minimum of 3 years management experience
Understanding of quality indicators related to healthcare
performance
Extensive knowledge of home care support services and compliance
guidelines
Capability to meet all physical demands of the role
