Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Manager to oversee its
online brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand reputation strategies for B2B and
B2C
Manage online community engagement and respond to customer feedback
across various platforms
Monitor brand mentions and execute crisis management plans as
needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in media, communications, public relations,
marketing, or a related field
At least three years of experience in online reputation
management
Strong understanding of the travel and tourism sectors
Experience in the travel and ecommerce industries with a B2C
focus
Proficiency in English; proficiency in a second language is a
plus
