Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform/DevOps
to lead a senior team of engineers building a development platform
on Kubernetes in AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the team's performance, including feature delivery,
quality, and professional growth
Collaborate with the Head of Engineering on strategy, roadmap, and
architecture for the application development platform
Design, build, and launch new platform features to enhance software
development quality and experience
Required Qualifications
12+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years as an engineering manager
Expertise in running an agile process, preferably Kanban
Deep experience with microservice architectures, particularly on
Kubernetes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
experience
