Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager II responsible for
managing projects and initiatives with significant cross-functional
interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ongoing program operations and vendor relationships,
ensuring effective processes and workflows
Conduct detailed policy and impact analyses, making recommendations
for process changes and presenting findings
Lead projects and initiatives, facilitating planning sessions and
coordinating issue resolution across functional areas
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of health plan experience with 6-8 years of overall work
experience
Experience in program management or leading significant
departmental initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal
supervision
Willingness to undergo a background investigation if required
