Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Association Manager to
oversee and manage community associations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a consultant to the Board of Directors and manage
community operations
Provide administrative and operational advice, including budget
development and vendor management
Build positive relationships with residents and ensure compliance
with community documents
Required Qualifications
MUST have a Georgia HOA CAM license
Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs)
CAI designation(s) strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Experience in maintaining high standards of customer service
