Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Process Manager to optimize
global sales processes and drive efficiency within the sales
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and continuously improve the sales process, ensuring
alignment with industry frameworks
Evaluate and optimize the sales tool stack for maximum efficiency
and user adoption
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions
to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or
sales process management, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven experience with Salesforce and sales tools such as LeadIQ,
Outreach, and Sales Navigator
Expertise in designing scalable sales processes aligned with
industry frameworks
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking metrics and
reporting on process improvements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; MBA
is a plus
