Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, CX Market Delivery
Leader to manage a team of delivery experts and ensure high-quality
digital solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Implement large scale changes and lead a team through
transitions
Design and implement delivery processes for CX digital
solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective digital solution
delivery
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role or related
field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information
Technology, or relevant field
Proven experience in delivery and transformation leadership,
preferably in a BPO or similar environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with CX digital solutions and excellent project
management skills
