Key Responsibilities:
Assess and improve compliance operations by developing uniform
operational procedures and standardizing reporting metrics
Drive compliance strategy and internal business rhythm, including
conducting analyses and leading strategic initiatives
Identify and implement artificial intelligence and automation into
compliance operations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a
senior compliance or strategic operations role
Experience in managing cross-functional workstreams from conception
to completion
Strong background in operational strategies and data management
Proficiency in project management and technology management
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
