Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Risk & Quality Performance Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to manage Risk/Quality data collection and
reporting
Ensure timely delivery of programs within scope and resource
constraints
Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
4+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk
adjustment and/or quality
4+ years of experience with HEDIS engine activity and risk
adjustment reporting systems
Experience with data analysis and running queries in Microsoft
Azure or SQL server
Significant healthcare experience with knowledge of risk adjustment
and quality metrics
