This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can establish financial processes, drive profitability, and position the company for long-term success. With significant opportunities for career growth, this position could evolve into an SVP or CFO role.Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
• Infrastructure & Scaling: Establish and refine financial processes to support business expansion and scalability.
• Accounting & Compliance: Manage financial reporting, oversee audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Capital & Vendor Negotiations: Lead financing initiatives, manage credit lines, and negotiate key vendor agreements.
• Technology & Systems Optimization: Assess and enhance financial software tools, such as QuickBooks and expense management systems.
• Leadership & Team Development: Build and oversee the finance team, working closely with executive leadership to support company goals.
• Compensation & Incentives: Design and implement competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.Ideal CandidateExperience:
  • Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a high-growth or early-stage company.
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, or insurance is a plus but not required.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and capital management.
  • Proven ability to scale financial operations and implement financial controls.Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of financial services, budgeting, and compliance.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
    • Negotiation expertise in securing financing and managing vendor relationships.
    • Strategic thinker who is also willing to dive into execution when needed.
