Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Training Standards Manager
to develop and manage standardized technical training programs for
global data center operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design standardized technical training curricula for data center
operations staff at all experience levels
Identify training gaps and develop content specifications to fill
those gaps
Source and manage third-party vendors for training content
development and delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, education, or equivalent
experience (military technical training experience is ideal)
3+ years of experience in technical training development or
curriculum design
Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
concepts
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear
training materials
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage vendor
relationships
