Licensed Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Obesity Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth care for patients with obesity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide longitudinal telehealth care for patients with obesity
Collaborate with physicians and registered dietitians for team-based care
Conduct telemedicine visits with a focus on evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Nurse Practitioner degree with experience in Obesity Medicine
Licensed to practice and prescribe in CA, KS, MA, NY, NJ, TX, WA, or IL
3+ years of experience in outpatient or virtual obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics
Experience conducting telemedicine visits
Bilingual candidates with medical fluency in Spanish are highly preferred
