Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Systems Oracle Integrations
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration
solutions for various HR systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements
and ensure alignment with organizational needs
Ensure data consistency and compliance with security standards
across integrated systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems integration, with at
least 2 years in a leadership role
Extensive experience with HR technologies, particularly Oracle
HCM
Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, including
APIs and middleware
Familiarity with automation tools like Robotic Process Automation
(RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
