BENEFITS:

This is a full-time, permanent role within the law firm and will offer a very generous benefits package. This is a full-time position. The office is in Coral Gables, FL.



This is a long-term position with room for growth as we always look to promote from within first.

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations pertinent to civil litigation matters for the law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, US.
--- Summarize and evaluate legal documents to support attorneys in preparing cases effectively.
--- Create, revise, and review legal paperwork, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, for the firm's probate litigation cases.
--- Manage and organize case files meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all documents.
--- Coordinate the production of documents, including the preparation of exhibits and materials for depositions, in collaboration with the legal team.

Qualifications:
--- Must have previous experience working as a paralegal in the field of litigation.
--- Thorough knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to probate litigation is essential.
--- Proficient in utilizing legal research tools and software for case analysis.
--- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a must.
--- Capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines effectively.
