Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts, including SaaS
license agreements and network membership agreements
Support business stakeholders and manage multiple priorities while
interpreting existing contracts
Assess and minimize legal risks, drive legal strategy, and maintain
compliance with policies and obligations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex
commercial contracts in the SaaS/healthcare/clinical data space
License to practice law in Massachusetts or another US state, or
registered as in-house counsel
Strong experience in software technology and cloud services within
life sciences or healthcare
Familiarity with state and federal health and privacy regulations
such as HIPAA, CCPA, and CPRA
Demonstrated ability to provide timely legal advice to
cross-functional teams
