Partnership Associate supports CF Team by tracking data, assisting
with partnership activities, fostering collaboration across team
members, partners, and families to help children, youth, and

- Knowledge of Quickbooks, SAMIS, or ETO a plusPRIMARY DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets and provides general support to clients, partners, and
visitors
- Provides meeting support, including pre and post-meeting
logistics, room set-up and arrangement, and in-meeting
support.
- Answers phone, provides information to callers, or routes
callers to appropriate staff.
- Schedules appointments and supports partnership activities as
needed.
- Composes, types, and handles correspondence and program
materials
- Develops and maintains client filing system
- Collects and reports customer and account data by inputting
text-based and numerical information from source documents in
corresponding data systems on time
- Reviews data for errors or incompatibilities and works with
corresponding staff to correct
- Researches and obtains further information for incomplete
documents
- Enters Program data based on program procedures
- Generates reports and stores completed work in designated
secure locations
- Scans documents and prints electronic documents as needed
- Safeguards client confidentiality and Connect Familias
assets
- Complies with data integrity and security policies
- Ensures proper use of office equipment and reports any
malfunctions
- Manages and maintains shared space reservations and conference
rooms, including room set-ups and breakdown, and places orders and
set up of workshops and meeting meals
- Manages and maintains office supplies, including printer paper
and toner supplies
- Provides support for client deliverables as needed
- Other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college a plus
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceREQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Florida Background Criminal Screening and National FBI Background
Criminal Screening (Level 2), National Child Abuse Registry
