Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to manage and
facilitate the licensing process for traveling clinicians and
executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the state licensing process, including application
preparation, submission, maintenance, and renewals
Monitor and communicate changes related to state licensing
applications and regulations
Research and advise on state processes impacting license timelines
and collaborate with various departments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 4 years' relevant
experience required
Knowledge of credentialing and medical licensing functions,
particularly state board regulations
Demonstrated history of working in a clinical or physician service
environment
Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs,
including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under strict deadlines
in a fast-paced environment
