Corporate Travel Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Support Team Member to assist in corporate travel operations.



Key Responsibilities

Provide internal and external support for the Corporate Team, including quality control and PNR data interpretation
Assist front line agents with GDS questions, exchange processes, and online booking tool inquiries
Identify process improvements and undertake self-development to enhance skills and service quality


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Corporate Travel industry
Experience with GDS systems, specifically SABRE, and advanced knowledge of its formats
Familiarity with back office systems, such as TRAMS
Ability to work productively in a self-directed environment
Flexibility to work between 8am and 9pm Central Time
