A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative to
provide exceptional customer service and support in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
Educate and assist customers and health care providers with
services and data
Maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, and
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ability to create and deliver the best customer experience
possible
Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines
Experience in healthcare or a related industry is preferred
Call center experience is a plus
Bilingual Spanish/English is desirable
