Job Description:
A company is looking for a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Specialist to support the implementation and improvement of
business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and
guidelines to enhance workflow efficiency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and
ensure successful process adoption
Manage change by facilitating communication and guiding teams
through process updates and transitions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C)
Insurance industry
2+ years of experience in business process development and
implementation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field
Experience working with Information Technology (IT) teams
Process design or continuous improvement certification(s) are a
plus
