Job Description:
A company is looking for a Full-time Benefit Advocate - Member
Services to support clients with employee benefit enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding employee
benefits
Document call details accurately and ensure compliance in
processing transactions
Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to
resolution
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or
insurance provider preferred
Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are
required
