Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage
employee benefit administration activities and liaise with benefits
vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to employee benefit inquiries and resolve issues
Process 401(k) contributions and monitor vendor error files
Assist with Open Enrollment planning and ensure accurate benefits
information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of benefits administration
experience preferred, or a high school diploma with 3-4 years of
experience required
Familiarity with benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA,
HIPAA)
Experience with HRIS systems and integration with
payroll/finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with multi-location companies or multiple benefit
classes is a plus
