A company is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Agent
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle 98% inbound calls regarding licenses, permits, and
reservations
Assist customers with inquiries and provide application support
Process sales and fulfill license/permit requests
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish
High School Diploma or GED
Availability for various shifts from home
Solid computer and internet skills with a minimum speed of 10
Mbps
Ability to create a private and quiet workspace for calls
