Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Processing Team Lead for
the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the Corporate Processing Team, including
pipeline management and employee development
Respond to loan level inquiries and maintain communication with
dedicated branches
Conduct weekly team meetings and ensure compliance with mortgage
regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing
experience
Preferred team lead or management experience
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Experience with Encompass software
