Sales Support/Product Specialist
Location: Miami -(Some travel required)

consumer products, including small appliances, fans, heaters, large
appliances (such as fridges, water dispensers, and washing
machines), fitness equipment, and more. We are committed to
expanding our distribution and building strong relationships with
our key accounts across multiple channels.
Position Summary:
The Sales Support/Product Specialist will be responsible for
managing a set of accounts within various US market channels
(including mass retail, department stores, club, distributors, and
deep discounters). This role will involve account management, order
tracking, profitability reporting, and product presentation. The
ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both the sales and
product development teams to identify customer-driven
opportunities, enhance portfolio relevance, and ultimately drive
sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key
accounts, ensuring consistent communication and support.
Order Tracking: Follow up on orders to ensure timely placement and
fulfillment for key customers.
Profitability Reporting: Run Excel reports to analyze invoice sales
growth, gross margin, and net margin, reporting findings to the
sales team.
Product Presentation and Distribution: Expand distribution by
presenting new products to accounts and actively pushing product
growth initiatives.
Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the product
development team to understand strategic initiatives and
effectively pitch new products to accounts.
Customer Communication: Clearly communicate customer-driven
opportunities to the sales team and highlight portfolio gaps to
strengthen product relevance.
Line Review Presentations: Prepare and present line review
materials to key customers across multiple categories.
Event Participation: Attend the Chicago Housewares Show annually
(March) and potentially two additional domestic trips per year.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales support or account management,
preferably within consumer goods or a similar industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and
profitability reporting.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer
relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for driving sales growth and improving profitability.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
particularly in product development and sales.
Willingness to travel domestically as needed (3-4 times per
year).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with mass retail, department, club, distributors, and
deep discounter channels.
Familiarity with product categories such as small appliances, large
appliances, fitness equipment, and more.
