Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Analytics Consultant to analyze
and interpret data for decision-making and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand
requirements and recommend relevant metrics
Identify trends and present findings to inform HR policies and
initiatives
Support reporting needs by configuring reports and ensuring data
accuracy through visualization techniques
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics,
statistics, economics, MIS)
At least 2 years of experience in data collection, organization,
interpretation, and presentation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and
PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power
BI
