Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist Trade Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of U.S. export licensing and agreements from
drafting to post-approval management
Coordinate post-approval management of all USG export
authorizations with stakeholders
Support compliance investigations and assist in implementing
corrective actions for compliance gaps
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-8 years in an ITAR licensing role
Operational knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC regulations, and Foreign
Trade Regulations
Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of Trade Compliance
experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of
experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is
required
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security
Clearance
