Job Description:
A company is looking for a Gainsight Administrator to design,
implement, and deploy solutions on the Gainsight platform to
support Customer Success processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to support business
strategy development
Configure and deploy Gainsight to internal customers, including
system configuration and integrations
Analyze requirements and manage mapping, documenting, and
implementing Customer Success processes
Required Qualifications
Experience with Gainsight NXT and Gainsight's Matrix Data
Architecture (MDA) Platform
Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse, SQL queries, and data
integration
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration
Experience with other components of Enterprise Architecture such as
PowerBI and Tableau is a plus
Working knowledge of complex business systems integration
