Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement strategies that align with business objectives
and integrate security frameworks
Identify and prioritize security risks, driving the development of
mitigation strategies
Lead the internal IT function, ensuring high-quality IT support and
security operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field (Advanced Degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in IT operations, including 5+ years in a
leadership role
Expertise in cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements
(e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are
highly desirable
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote-first or
hybrid environment
